Jon Queen’s Employment History and Professional Experience

Jon Queen has worked in the Ukrainian investment banking, carbon trading and alternative energy sectors since 2006. Over the years Mr. Queen has participated in numerous international capital market debt and equity transactions, as well as carbon and energy transactions. He presently acts as Managing Director of Jaspen Capital Partners Limited (www.jaspencapital.com) assists the Foundation for the Development of Environmental and Energy Markets on carbon trading, project development, project investment, and energy policy issues (www.fdeem.org.ua). Mr. Queen specializes in both corporate and regulatory issues with a focus on risk management and maximizing client returns.

Mr. Queen has worked on numerous clean energy projects in Asia and Eastern Europe. Below is a brief synopsis of Jon Queen’s professional experience and educational credentials.

Past Employment History

Phoenix Capital LLC
Jon McKee Queen served as a Director for Phoenix Capital in Kiev, a full service investment bank. As the bank’s Head of International Sales, Mr. Queen was a transaction co-leader for the successful IPO of a large Ukrainian agricultural company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (54.5 million USD, book over 600% subscribed). Mr. Queen likewise managed the bank’s international fixed income and equity sales transactions with over 300 institutional clients.

The Anemone Group
Jon Queen was Executive Director and East European Head for the Anemone Group. The Anemone Group includes: Anemone Clean Energy, Anemone Capital and Anemone Green Capital. Anemone Clean Energy and Anemone Capital acquire, develop and finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Europe and Asia. International Environmental Trading Group
Jon Queen was Senior Vice President for the International Environmental Trading Group, a financial services company specializing in environmental transactions and investment. IETG serves the following industries:
